Second meeting with Lec in Semester two

Yesterday(26th July, 2010) all members met for a group meeting to discuss our thoughts on the trip/shoot over the weekend in the sister isle of Tobago. Also within that meeting we captured some of the footage from the Tobago shoots. From what was seen, it seemed great so far. I got the opportunity to view the shoot at the beach called "No Man's Land"(which I missed, because to work I was not able to attend the shoot on Sunday afternoon). It certainly looked great and beautiful on that beach and most importantly for me it sounded great.

Due to a few glitches, it was agreed that we may require another trip to the sister island some time soon. One of the main reason was the uncomfortable feeling we held when a strange man entered on Hermitage....so to avoid any issues we packed up shot and headed out of there. There will be another meeting to establish the dates of our next visit.

Today we intended to meet with our Lecturer to show her the captured footage so far. Unfortunately we were stopped in our tracks because there were some factors that were not included, that could seriously affect our grade, so we take four steps back. The reasoning behind this serious hurdle is mis information by a previous Lecturer. It would seem we were guided down an incorrect path for this project. It was indeed disappointing to realize this, however I so appreciate the fact we found out now and not later on when it might have been to late. Applying the glass half full theory.

READINGS: http://www.trinoutdoors.com -checked out that for just some more knowledge on the beaches..amazing there are so many beaches here in TnT, and so many untouched.

I also checked out http://www.tdc.co.tt- just for basic information from the tourist attraction point of view. What I did notice alot of these beaches that we are recci_ing aren't even mentioned on the site. Hmmm something to think about!

So we meet again with our lecturer next week Tuesday on the issue and meet the group tomorrow to make those vital changes and capture some more footage. I believe because we are all great team players in this group we will come out fine...
